photoblog image Sorry Roeken

Sorry Roeken

This is Roeken. He fell in love with Funmi the second he saw her and followed us around while I took pictures. I promised I would mail this to him but I only remember his name. Sorry Roeken. If you ever see this, send me your email address and I will try my best to hook you up with Funmi.

No editing was done to this shot.

Update: I was suffering from temporary homesickness yesterday and am perfectly fine now. I thank God and am very grateful for the opportunity I have and will enjoy it as much as I can.

This is one of your best portraits. The depth of focus is perfect, I would have sworn you had processed the background. Is he sporting a soul patch? Looks like he missed a spot when shaving.

Glad the homesickness was fleeting. Enjoy your stay.
E Etomi: You likey smile, thank you David. It was very fleeting
Now that you have got used to the 5D....let the show begin smile
E Etomi: Yes it has begun!

lovely portrait babe
E Etomi: Thanks Nnne
A very fine portrait that captures the warmth and friendliness of the man, nicely isolating him through DOF from the background.
E Etomi: Thanks Pen

Lol I can't believe you remember his name!!

I think it's a brilliant pic.

Don't know much about photography but I love the fact that there's so much going on in the background yet he seems to be in a quiet, happy world of his own.
E Etomi: I do oh, he made me spell it!
Very nice portrait, this 5D is really a good choice (and you're talented too smile )
