It is fun for kids and adults alike. I like doing this when it isn't too hot and there is something interesting to climb. I haven't had much luck fixing skies with the burn tool, but perhaps you should check out Maxblack's blog entry for May 22nd(?). He has a good recipe for situations like this.
I have no clue about the burn tool, Etomi. Maybe one day?
But for this pic, it's clear the emphasis is on the girl and what she's doing, brave soul. If I were younger and didn't have a bum knee, I think I would be game for this. Not being afraid of heights definitely helps.
E Etomi: I'm petrified of heights, so definitely not for me Ginnie

I need to start leaving comments. I've been following your blog, but never seem to leave a comment. sorry hun.
Wow this reminds me of what they also did at mezzocorona when the city was celebrating one of their many festivals. I was shocked to see kids can and indeed climb height.
u could have adjusted the levels on the sky, also do you have a flash, you could have used your flash, i'm not sure what you would have done, but i was shooting a breakdancing competition thhis weekend and the guy next to me had amazing shots cos he used his flash to fill the shadows and then the highlights got darker for some reason or the other. i'll have to look into it! nice shot!
