photoblog image Are you lonesome tonight?

Are you lonesome tonight?

Okay these themes are sort of getting harder!

Basically this person has been ditched big time. Guys and girls, don't leave a date waiting, or not show up at all. Not good. "I can't make it", actually works quite well..:)

Guess what? I have a spanking new 350D which I will be showing off with, as soon as I do a self-taught crash course. I'm not in today, but do have a great weekend everyone.

I like this the distored angle and the fallen glass gets the message across that something isn't right in that relationaship.

Congrats on the new camera! I know you will have a blast with it. Just be patient as you go, it may take some time to get used to it.

welcome to the 350D club, can't wait to see what U have, u are quite creative, so i am expectant.
todays shot is nice and goes well with the theme. I feel the tilt is too strong for my eyes, still good stuff, and thanx for participating, appreciate it much

I like your interpretation and set up but a couple of observations. B&W might have conveyed the ditched sombre feel a bit more and the severe angle is a little too much for my eyes.

LOL! You and your vivid imagination..as creative as ever.
Mind you - I stand anyone up, who sat waiting with a dodgy looking bottle like that (what on earth is APUL?)

lovely interpretation of the theme, I like this a lot, composition and colours and feel all really work for me, and the fallen glass just rounds the feel up! VERY cleverly done .... but...... if you'd waited for me with a bottle of something that looks like that I may have stood you up as well ;-)

oh and I forgot to say ..... warning to all men ... artificial roses are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO "NOT A GOOD THING" .... We'd rather get a tiny bunch of 5 hand stolen daisies than a plastic red rose ..............
