I like the idea of this one very much, and I like the contrast, I would have loved to see a little more of her profile in this shot.
E Etomi: Thanks Laurie

Can I remind every one that Suby IS BACK (somewhat smile )

I look at this image one word p[ops into head FLAT. Okay 3 words, FLAT, FLAT FLAT.

Oh and I also think at the back of my mind, "what is that annoying red light top right".

Yep a shot from "girls night out" still no excuse for duffness of shot. I absolutely love the idea behind the shot, you want to highlight the return of polka dots. Now ask yourself, if someone put this shot infornt of you withough stating the obvious would you be clear the polkadots are the mainstay of the image?

Me not think so. I always look at images posted without reading the comments and see if I am able to capture the reason or the meaning of the shot. i then read the comments posted by the photographer/prosumer to see if I was correct.

Guess I was way of base on this one. What is with the hand on her left shoulder? Not feeling the crop, you cropped of her elbow, WHY?

No matter the situation, always think of composition, the lighting, your positioning, camera settings, what you aim to convey, then start shooting. This normally takes a fraction of a second, so the more you do this, the better you become.

I think your best shot so far has been flow http://etomi.shutterchance.com/photoblog/3638.htm Really felt the shot. Now you want to carry the careful thoughts of a shot like flow into all your shots.
BINGO.
