I don't think there is any problem with the flash light on her face. I think it's fine, it's actually a great shot....the only issue is that you need some contrast in this image. i.e. increase the shadows and some highlights.

It also seems the focus is on her knee rather than her pretty face. Pretty face must be in focus no matter what, if you ask me.

I agree with reza, pretty face always in focus, actually even not so pretty face always in focus too, as a matter of fact down right ugly face always in focus. hee hee. For me i like the composition, body sort of kind of frames the face against the black background

this is a nice shot, needs some contrast though, the flash light is good for the face
